Change of Representation on a pending case

• Fully completed signed G-28 for each pending case is required.

Change of address for attorney on file

• The NSC Liaison Committee is in discussion with NSC regarding revising its past policy of requiring a fully completed signed G-28 for each pending case in order to report a change of attorney address and not a change of counsel.

Updated G-28's from attorneys with cases pending at NSC should mail that information to:

Once the G-28 information is data entered into the local system, the G-28 is inter-filed with the pending case with new barcodes.
